The company has milling machines produced by HASS with 4 axes and 3 axes. The parts productions controlled by quality control department which operated by engineers. The department equipped with all necessary means to ensure quality control,

Automatic X-Y-Z measuring machine produced by Tesa (CMM).
Digital Height Gauge produced by Tesa.

All parts are supplied after finish treatment (coating, painting, heat treatment, etc.)

We, at D D Mechanics, develop, modify and produce panels for civil aircrafts with the filtering to NVIS product. The company also ruggedizes displays, designs them to work in various environmental conditions and makes modifications to support NVIS product. We put the emphasis on light scattering uniformity and prevent leakage of unfiltered light.

The NVIS panel designed by D D Mechanics meets the standards SAE-AS7788 and MIL-STD-3009.
